We are committed to establishing and maintaining high worker welfare standards for our employees and individuals working on projects on our behalf. Additionally, we will share this policy with our clients and strive to influence other firms in our industry to adhere to the practices outlined in this policy as well as local regulations. We commit to continuously improving our services to clients in this area by engaging with relevant stakeholders and drawing from best practices globally.

Scope of the Policy

All contractors within our supply chain working on projects on behalf of our company are expected to adhere to and implement policies and practices that meet or exceed the worker welfare standards set forth here, in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.

We openly share this policy and guidelines with contractors in our supply chain and with our clients. We strongly encourage implementation within their supply chains.

This policy outlines our commitment to ensuring the welfare of all workers involved in our projects and sets the standards for ethical and responsible practices across our operations and supply chain.

Training

Training is an essential element for the effective implementation of this policy. All project managers, business development leads, human resource staff, contracts and procurement staff, and responsible health and safety managers will receive training on the key provisions and requirements of this policy.

The training will include:

  • Communication of policy requirements to affected parties
  • Overview and implementation of this policy statement and guidance documents
  • Working with the supply chain to ensure adherence to and implementation of their own policies and practices
  • Implementing an assurance program at a project level
  • Reporting potential violations of this policy
  • Understanding minimum project site accommodation standards and hygiene requirements
  • Incorporating the company’s code of conduct into daily work life

General awareness and training on this policy will be provided to all employees of Fire Guyz Technical Services LLC through our bi-annual awareness training programs.
